This is our commitment to an innovative, surprising and versatile sauce that can add a touch of wonderful olives to all the dishes that our customers can imagine. It is the result of the intense work carried out together with Albert Adrià.

A tribute to the olive. An exercise in synthesis of what a product as simple and at the same time complex as a pickled olive represents at a taste level. With these sauces made from pickled green olives, we want to honor an everyday product that for us is central to all Mediterranean cuisine.
